Specific objective
Increase the productivity of the plantations of the program's beneficiaries, given the favorable outlook for the international market demand for differentiated and sustainable coffee.
37 organizations involved in the cooperatives and coffee producer associations affiliated to the National Coffee Board, and companies and producer groups articulated in the Peruvian Chamber of Coffee and Cocoa, with a total of approximately 3,000 small producers.

Peru. The project beneficiaries are located in the following departments: North (Cajamarca, Amazonas, San Martín), Centro (Junín, Huánuco, Pasco) and South (Cusco, Ayacucho, Puno).

Financing
JNC and SCAN (Project Implementation Unit-PIU) funding, and their respective allies, along with the MIF / IDB, SECO and a credit program channeled by Agrobanco.
Expected Results
about 3,000 beneficiary families double their productivity relative to the start of the project;
coffee sector institutions for technological innovation and technical assistance have been strengthened and Center for Innovation in Sustainable Coffee & Agriculture has been formed;
exports of beneficiary organizations increased their volume and export value relative to the national average by 30% annually;
37 organizations implement technical assistance programs that promote productivity growth in coffee and sustainable agriculture, and
at least two new markets are identified by the cooperatives as a result of improvements (which may be national or international).
